Our story

Corona Airport Cafe Express began at the airfield, feeding pilots, mechanics and early risers. Today the same family cooks the same scratch-made food in Hidden Valley Village — chorizo gravy, big breakfast burritos, and a specialty coffee bar the neighborhood keeps coming back for.

Everything is cooked to order: the chorizo gravy, the salsa verde, the marinated sirloin for the Peruvian plates, and a specialty drink bar that regulars treat as their morning ritual.
